9th week

Activity
Since i passed my BAC, i should be allowed to train at the schduled time with my mates and seniors. I should get some advice from them as they had been in archery earlier then me. Hoping to learn something new this week.

Outcome
This week's practice we were allowed to go early and resume our practice wher we stopped last week. Thus, i went half an hour earlier and had 3hours to practice. For the half an hour, i helped to get the target boards out and also set-up the club's bow.
I also learnt from coach the pricing of bows and it's as posted below

ØBow Set
•For the beginner archers,
$300 - $ 700 ++
•For advanced archers,
$800 to $1500++
•For expert archers,
$1800 to $5000++

ØArrows:
$8 - $100 ++
Prices stated are in per arrows

8th week

Activity
I plan to receive my BAC Certificate this week and hope that Coach would give me some advice on how to improve my instinctive shots and also, whether or not i should get a personal bow. If yes, should i get a wooden one, or a metal one.

Outcome
I received my BAC Certificate one week earlier, which is last week. For this week, we trained for the front 2 hours and coach took our measurement which is needed for personal bow for the last half an hour. Coach mentioned that we should get our bow if we wanted to carry on archery especially if we chose to be on competitive side. He mentioned that club's bow is shared bow, which means the size or weight of the bow is not made to match our body, thus shots are not that accurate.

7th week.

7th
Activity
I should receive the certificate 1 week earlier thn planned. This is due to the bringing forward of BAC (Basic Archery Course) by the higher-ups. I am still deciding whether to buy a bow or not as Coach Jaffar has not yet recommend me to buy or own a bow.
Outcome
i received my BAC Certificate on Wednesday 27th May. I chose the competitive side of archery but kept it as my way of relieving stress after studies or completing projects. To the left is a picture of my senior's bow taken during practices.

4th, 5th and 6th weeks.

4th

Activity
To attend the 1st practical lesson; 2nd week of course. i hope to learn to shoot with proper stances by this lesson. I hope to be able to practice fire at least 40 arrows in this week's practical.
Outcome
Attended lesson on Monday. Did not managed to shoot 40 arrows but at least 30+ arrows due to lots of introductions by coach and overwhelming responds on Monday. The shooting wasn't as smoothly as i thought it would. Especially the 10 steps we have to follow. It seems unnatural at first but got used to it after umpteenth shots. It ended with a debrief from coach.

5th

Activity
To attend the 2nd practical lesson; 3rd week of course. Hoping to perfect my skill with the distance of 10m though the test would be using the distance of 15m. Hope to achieve my target of geting 10 points for every shot.
Outcome
Almost every shots was near 10 points. Unfortunately, not all. Achieved 276 points with 30 shots. It was near my target of 300 points for 30 shots.

6th
Activity
To attend the last practical lesson of the course. In this practical i wish to get at least 80% for 15m distance shooting. Thou 70% is the passing mark but i would like to aim for something higher.
Outcome
I managed to get 246/300 which is 82% of overall result. This score is quite to my expectation and i could say that i had tried my best, thus satisfactory.
